    Gift Card Terms and Conditions

    Redeemable at Premier Gourmet Corp. only. Card does not expire. No fees. Lost, stolen, or altered cards will not be replaced. Card balance is not redeemable or refundable for cash. Card balances can be checked online at www.premiergourmet.com or at the store. Purchase of a gift card constitutes acceptance of terms and conditions.

    In accordance with escheatment law, the balance of the gift card will be presumed abandoned and remitted to New York State five years after the date of last activity. Contact the NYS Comptroller’s Office for more information.

    In Store Refund Policy

    Premier Gourmet Corp. will refund your purchase with receipt within:

    • 3 Days for Perishables
    • 14 days for unopened grocery items
    • 30 days for unused or defective housewares merchandise
    • Saeco, Jura-Capresso and Gaggia Espresso machines may not be returned to Premier Gourmet and must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
    • Per NYS Law, beer may not be returned for refund.
    • No returns without a receipt
    • Gift baskets, as well as certain seasonal items may not be returned.

    Online Store Refund Policy

    • Items purchased from premiergourmet.com will need a Return Authorization Number in order to be returned. See “Request Return Authorization Number” section below for more details.
    • Gift baskets, as well as certain seasonal items may not be returned.
    • Saeco, Jura-Capresso and Gaggia Espresso machines may not be returned to Premier Gourmet and must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
    • Return Authorization Number must be requested within the item specific time guidelines listed in the section above.

    Restocking Fee

    All returns are subject to a 20% (minimum $10 charge) restocking fee, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Premier Gourmet (e.g. we sent the incorrect product). Customers are responsible for covering the cost of the return unless Premier Gourmet at fault.

    Requesting a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

    All merchandise returns from the Premier Gourmet Corp. website require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Any returns received without an authorization number can be refused. To request a RAN, please follow this procedure:

    We’ll need the following:

    • Your Premier Gourmet order number (located in your confirmation email)
    • A description of the item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return

    As long as the reason for the return is valid, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. All returns must also meet the time limit criteria listed above.

    How to Receive a Return

    To return your item(s) by mail:

    1. Package the items in the original shipment packaging
    2. Include a copy of the original Packing Slip (with the reason for the return)
    3. Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box
    4. Send package to:

    Your return will be processed as quickly as possible, but may take up to 30 days. The time that it takes for a “credit” to appear on your monthly statement varies by credit card company. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear.

    Please note that all returns must be complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse on any product that does not meet these requirements.
