Soppressata salami is a very lean, all pork salami that has a warm taste with the flavor of white wine, nutmeg and whole peppercorns. Battistoni's Soppressata is made using authentic recipes brought from Italy. More coarsely ground than Genoa Salami, Soppressata has a a succulent flavor that’s enhanced by a two month aging process.
