So it’s only natural that we wanted to try our hand at making a non-alcoholic kombucha rooted in traditional methods and proven ingredients. Bootleg Bucha is a 100% raw, 100% organic, naturally fermented kombucha that is lightly carbonated, highly delicious and makes you feel great! Brewed from a special blend of green and black teas, we add organic cane sugar from Brazil and our SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast) to initiate the fermentation process. After a couple of weeks, the fermented tea is flavored with organic juices and herbs and then bottled for you to enjoy! Try our non-alcoholic Bootleg Bucha on its own or with your favorite spirits to put a beneficial twist on cocktails.
