The Cahill Family have been producing artisan Irish cheese for over four generations. Made on the family farm in County Limerick, all Cahill’s Farm Cheese is traditionally made and 100% pure and natural. Free of artificial additives, colors, preservatives, or growth hormones.
This yellow waxed gourmet cheese truckle is handmade using Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey, then matured into a tantalizingly delicious cheese.
This is a traditional Irish monastic cheese reputedly brought by the Irish Monks to Scotland. It is a simple vintage cheddar entwined with Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey to give a fabulous savory combination.
Originally created for festive occasions such as Harvest or Christmas, but today it can be enjoyed all year round.
Delicious on it's own, as the centerpiece on your cheeseboard, or serve a wedge with crackers or crusty bread.
Melt over burgers. Use on homemade pizza.
