Colli Etruschi Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8.7 oz

Beautiful intense green colour with golden yellow highlights, transparent. Its scent is powerful and broad and is characterised by elegant, fresh notes of meadows and reminds one of artichoke, wild thistles, aniseed, rosemary and mint. The flavour is complex and very fine: rich notes of greenery, chicory and lettuce in evidence. Bitterness and pepperiness are evident but well-dosed and the finish is sweet almond. It is excellent on salads made with steamed crustaceans, sea-food antipasti, vegetable purées, pasta with Caesar’s mushroom, roast fish, grilled lamb, mozzarella and scamorza.
