Havarti was created in the 1800's on a Danish farm from which it took its name. Havarti with dill has a light yellow paste sprinkled with the small green bits of herbs that add an herbaceous quality to the creamy cheese. Enjoy on its own, or use in pressed sandwiches, in creamy soups, or sauces.
