Pâtes de Fruits (fruit jellies) are a sweet delicacy often offered in the holiday season. Francois Doucet makes their traditional pâtes de fruits by hand in small batches, stirring the fresh fruit pulp in copper cauldrons, cutting into cubes, and hand-packing the sugar-dusted jellies.
These Pâtes de Fruits contain a whopping 51% fruit (harvested at full maturity in Provence and local regions) so when you bite into them you get a luscious taste of ripe summer bounty.
Francois Doucet, a family confiserie in its third generation, started in 1969 by François and Maggy Doucet in Oraison in Provence and is known for his high quality products made using traditional methods and the best ingredients.
This Aromatic Collection is an assortment of fragrant flavors, delicately balanced with herbs and spice. Flavors are apricot & thyme, strawberry & mint, basil & raspberry, pear & star anise, and honey & lavender. Each little square is bursting with flavor and you’ll want to try every single one!
