For this update to our beloved Lambo Door, we took advantage of Phantasm, a magical substance made from the skins of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Phantasm is loaded with precursors of thiols, the substances we nowadays recognize as the source of tropical fruit flavors in IPA. Everyone’s favorite DIPA has been amped up with a massive wave of extra gummy bears, mango nectar, and heavy red grape.
