Harpersfield Cheese is made by Ron and Corinne Brovetto, who have been making cheese since 2000 using milk from their own cow dairy located in the norther Catskills of Delaware County. Their herd has been bred over the past thirty years to provide a proper balance of natural nutrients to make their unique cheese.
Harpersfield Farmstead Cheese's 'Muddy River Black IPA Tilsit', is their regular Tilsit cheese, aged with a Black India Pale Ale from nearby Muddy River Farmstead Brewery.
