How to Get It
Insert No-Sew pins in poultry after stuffing and lace with cord or thread. After roasting, withdraw pins. Lacing is thus automatically released and a neat poultry is ready for the table.
When there is not enough skin to close stuffing securely in turkey, cut loose skin from neck flap. Lay this patch of skin over stuffing cavity and use turkey lacers.
