For five generations, Le Ferre has tended their olive groves on ancient acreage in the rural area of Castellaneta (Taranto, Apulia), a flourishing valley nestled between the Ionian Sea and the hills leading into the many parks along the "heel" of Italy's boot. A versatile, rich and superbly blended EVOO made from hand-harvested Coratina, Frantoio, Leccino and Ogliarola olives.
This oil's beautiful ceramic tile label befits the full flavor and quality of this EVOO, and makes a truly memorable gift.
