Grown in the sun and soil of the Central Italian region of Tuscany, Lucini Premium Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from 100% hand-picked Italian olives pressed within 24 hours of harvest. Lucini's hillside estates are 300 to 500 meters above sea level, where the soil and climate are ideal for olive cultivation, and the scraggly trees date back over a century.
Although Lucini is a large producer, they still take care that their olives are harvested at precisely the right time, crushed immediately to capture the fruit's peak flavor, and then sent to tanks for filtration before bottling.
