How to Get It
Le Terroir is a French term meaning “of the earth”. Used to reference the environmental conditions that affect the brew, New Belgium likes to think about the terroir of their foeders. These wooden barrels age their sour beer in varying temperatures, humidity, and vibrations. The terroir of New Belgium Brewer, so to speak. Add in another variable by dry-hopping with a rotating blend of fruit forward hops and they have created a beer that changes every time they brew it.
- 375 ml. (12.7 oz.) bottle corked and caged bottle.
- A dry-hopped American Sour ale.
- With whole-cone Amarillo and Strata hops.
- 7.5% ABV
- Brewed in Fort Collins, CO.
