This Lambic-inspired wild ale was fermented on sweet cherries and Florida Muscadine grapes for five months before aging in French oak puncheons for a year. Belgian Candi syrup was added for bottle conditioning to provide another layer of complexity. This beer pours bright red and presents a melange of fruity aromatics reminiscent of cranberries, red currants, and plums. Firm tannins and moderate lead to a clean and balanced finish.
