This strong farmhouse ale was brewed with Coriander and Orange zest, and was refermented with local Palmetto Honey in large French Oak puncheons for several months. Coriander lends floral notes and orange zest adds a citric bite to contrast with the sweetness of the honey. Palmetto honey lends aromatics that suggest sweetness, but this beer is medium bodied and refreshingly tart with a funky, Brettanomyces finish.
