Under The Sun New York Bamboo Honey

The floral source of our NEW YORK BAMBOO varietal honey is the Japanese Knotweed aka Bamboo (not to be confused with the wood or bamboo tree). It's a kind of mild-version of buckwheat honey with a pleasant sweet taste! Dark and creamy, Bamboo honey has a strong yet sweet flavor. This varietal is crystallized in the jar.  Try pairing with yogurt, cheese, and ice-cream.
