These gourmet vinegars are designed to be used at the end of cooking to dress garnish and season food. They are also the perfect salad dressing and cocktail mixer! These flavored vinegars go through a slow infusion process using only whole fruit ingredients, balsamic vinegar of Modena, or apple cider vinegar and custom blended aromatic spices and herbs. The results being gourmet vinegars with a slightly thicker consistency, rich natural fresh flavor, vibrant color and just enough sweetness to balance the acidity.
The Cranberry Saffron Finishing Vinegar Drizzle features warm winter spices, tart red cranberries, and exotic saffron. Try over a goats cheese, spinach, pecan and pomegranate salad.
