These flavored vinegars go through a slow infusion process using only whole fruit ingredients, balsamic vinegar of Modena, or apple cider vinegar and custom blended aromatic spices and herbs. The results being gourmet vinegars with a slightly thicker consistency, rich natural fresh flavor, vibrant color and just enough sweetness to balance the acidity.
