About Us

Our History

The original Premier Gourmet was founded by our father in 1974, and we practically grew up in the store. In fact, our first real jobs were working for our father at Premier Gourmet. He later sold the store to a family friend, Janet Ostrow, in 1996, and Janet ran the store for the next 15 years. When the opportunity arose to purchase the store from Janet in January, 2012, we were overjoyed at the possibility and jumped on it. Since then, we've moved the store to a brand new location with state-of-the-art amenities to go along with the world-class products we sell.

We're proud to say that Premier Gourmet has received numerous accolades through the years for its superior selection, prices, and overall experience. In addition to being named one of the Top 50 gourmet stores in the country by Gourmet Retailer magazine, we were thrilled to learn that we'd been selected as National Retailer of the Year for 2013 by Beverage Dynamics magazine.

In our neverending quest to build upon the past successes of the store, we've recently launched this website in order to offer you, our customers, a new and convenient way to shop for all of your gourmet needs.
